★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正社員なら定年まで働けるけど派遣はいいことはありません。安くこきつかわれてボーナス出ません。派遣はバカな思いをするので辞める人は正解です。派遣から正社員はなれる可能性は壮絶低いです。派遣は偽物です。またラジオ体操を始業開始5分前にやらせていて違法行為です。更に交通事故をおこした作業員がいた場合連帯責任で朝早く出勤させられて挨拶をしなければならないというとんでもない事です。誰でもいいです。労働基準監督に電話して告発して下さい。
Full-time employees can work until retirement age, but dispatching is not a good thing. It's cheap and you won't get a bonus. The person who quits is the correct answer because dispatching feels stupid. It is extremely unlikely that you will become a full-time employee from a temporary staffing. The dispatch is fake. Also, it is illegal to have radio exercises done 5 minutes before the start of work. Furthermore, if there is a worker who has caused a traffic accident, it is ridiculous that he must be sent to work early in the morning and greet him under joint responsibility. Anyone is fine. Call the Labor Standards Inspection and file a complaint.
