なんでも、餃子はタレにもこだわっているそうで…
ニラもしっかりと入っていてたいへん美味しかったです。
拉麺は麺やスープなど一つ一つの具材がとても美味しいです?昔ながらのお店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餃子2人前と白飯を注文しました。生餃子のテイクアウトはNGとのことです。餃子は、豚ひき肉、キャベツ、ニラ、生姜等、肉肉しい一口サイズに仕上がってました。拘りのタレを潜らせると、本当に美味しく頂くことができました。タレは、醤油、酢、にんにく、ラー油、野菜をオリジナルでブレンドされているとのことです。
さて、店名や大理石調の白いカウターテーブルを見て、同店名の福山のお店のことを尋ねた所、ご主人は、福山の餃子楼出身であることをお聞きしました。30年以上前のことですが、当時は、福山市に同店が3店舗あったこと、メニューや、味のルーツを知ることが出来、楽しいひと時となりました。
帰り際に、テイクアウトもOKとなり、持ち帰って美味しく頂くことが出来ました。ご馳走様でした。
I ordered 2 servings of dumplings and white rice. It is said that the takeout of raw dumplings is NG. The dumplings are finished in a meaty bite size such as minced pork, cabbage, garlic chives, and ginger. I was able to get it really delicious by diving in the sauce. The sauce is an original blend of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, chili oil, and vegetables.
By the way, when I looked at the store name and the marble-like white couter table and asked about the store in Fukuyama with the same name, I heard that the owner was from the dumpling tower in Fukuyama. It was more than 30 years ago, but at that time, there were 3 stores in Fukuyama City, and I was able to learn about the menu and the roots of the taste, which was a fun time.
On my way home, the takeout was OK, and I was able to take it home and enjoy it. It was a treat.
