★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車のオルタネ－タ－の故障で、ディラー交換見積もりが約五万円の見積もりで、車検も近くダイエー自動車さんでの乗り換えでローン審査をお願いしていたので、安く修理出来ないか？相談したら中古部品で、ディラー見積もりの半額で交換出来るとの事なので、お願いしました。
お店の雰囲気も良く、ローン審査も通過したので、これから色々お世話になりますがよろしくお願いします

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この車屋で車を買ったことを非常に後悔しています。買った当初は非常に嬉しく車への愛情ももちろん強かったが、この車屋で買った車かと思うたびに車への愛情も薄れてきます。なぜなら買った後のアフターサービス、対応、接客の仕方何から何まで、適当で、その適当が故に何度もトラブルにあってます。例えば、点検の時期などは連絡をくれるなども一切なし。書類などの不備も何もわからないこっちに丸投げ、そのせいで言った言わない、やったやらないのトラブルに何度かなってます。それが嫌だしこの車屋に対して恐怖でしかないので私がこの車屋に訪問するときは必ずボイスレコーダーを必ず持っていき録音をしています。代車に関しては1日3300円がかかります。皆さまはどうですか？ましてや無保険の代車を貸し出され、事故ったりぶつけたりなんだりしたら全額負担と言われたり、貸し出す前に代車の傷のある場所まで一緒に確認までさせられたりホントにホントに不愉快でしかないです。いい信頼関係を築きたいと思っていたのに非常に残念です。とりあえず私の担当した方がよくなかっただけだと思いたい。私の知人にもダイエー自動車さんの評判を集め、今後もYouTubeのほうにも口コミとか経験談をアップしていこうと思います。
