★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きい施設でおやつと昼食がでます
リハビリは入会初日に決められたメニューで
体操を毎回こなすだけです何も特徴も無い施設でした
筋トレマシンも家庭用のかなと思いました
身体の調子に合わせたメニューなどが望みでしたが
毎回行っても、同じ内容なので飽きてしまい辞めてしまいました

It was a facility with no features, just doing gymnastics every time.
I thought that the muscle training machine is also for home use
I was hoping for a menu that suits my physical condition.
Even if I went every time, I got tired of it because it was the same content and I quit
