★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。敷金は返金されない中退去後の清掃費用など住居者側が全額負担。コールセンターの対応は良いものの、実際のお金をやり取りする本社はとにかく横柄かつ一方的で、騙されたという気持ちになりました。

横柄な口調、そして客にタメ口を使う。
社会人としてNG。あり得ない。
もはやあのような態度で仕事をしているなんて今どき珍しい。
この会社に電話をするとまず『電話対応品質管理の為、録音します』旨の自動メッセージが流れるが、どうせそんな事はしていないだろう。
The quality of telephone support for a man who calls himself Yamamoto (in his 30s?) Is extremely low.
Use a arrogant tone and a tame mouth for customers.
NG as a member of society. impossible.
It's rare nowadays to work with that attitude anymore.
When I call this company, I get an automatic message saying "I will record for quality control for telephone calls", but I don't think I've done that anyway.

ここが扱っているマンションはおすすめしません。詐欺です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回か電話にてやり取りしましたが、態度はどの社員も最悪でした。社員同士の意思疎通が出来てなくて、一から状況を説明する羽目になりました。
また、人を嘲笑うような態度、言動に大変怒りを覚えました。
この会社とは二度と関わりたくありません。この会社との契約を考えてる方は今一度レビュー等見ていただき、考え改めた方が良いかと思います。
