When I asked for repair of the car, it was said that it would be completed in about a week, but I waited about 6 weeks for the repair to finish. I decided to rent a replacement car for the repair period, but the fee is 5000 yen a day. Since it was the first time I asked for a car repair, I was completely deceived. Moreover, in addition to repair costs, I was charged for the rental cost of a replacement car for six weeks.
