B	B B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美しい店構えや沢山のメニューにワクワク。特性塩そばと味噌ラーメン？とミニカレー、餃子をオーダー。店内に入ってすぐ鳥の臭みが気になったのだか、塩そばが来て、やはり鶏の臭みが気になりました。ラーメンのビジュアルが美しいだけに、スープに期待をし過ぎた為少し残念な結果だったけれど、鶏団子はふわふわで臭みもなくとても美味しかった。麺は細麺にしたが、硬めでもなく量も多かったので後半は柔らかくなってしまった。次回は硬めで頼もうと思う。個人的には、塩より味噌が深みと甘味があって美味しかったので、次回は味噌にしようと思う。カレーはスパイスと甘味のバランスが絶妙でした。 I am excited about the beautiful storefront and many menus. Personally, the miso was deeper and sweeter than the salt, so I'm going to make it next time. The curry had a perfect balance of spices and sweetness.
