★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台では初めて喜多方ラーメンを食べたかもしれない。。。自分の記憶の中の喜多方ラーメンより少し あっさり系なんじゃ？？と感じたが、あのチャーシューは紛れもない喜多方チャーシューであった。味噌、塩のバージョンや背油いれたパターンもあるようなので次の機会も伺いたい。ねぎラーメン850円でした。ご馳走様っ！！あ、なると、喜多方ラーメンに入ってましたっけ？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ じとネギラーメン食べました。『じと』と付いた名前だったのでコッテリ系のラーメンを予想してましたが、アッサリ好きの私にとっては丁度良い感じでした。美味しかったのですが、スープが少しぬるかったのが残念です。
I ate green onion ramen. The name was "Jito", so I expected Kotteri ramen, but it was just right for me, who loves assari. It was delicious, but it's a shame that the soup was a little lukewarm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーソドックスな喜多方ラーメンに背脂を足してコクを足したようなラーメンです。
背脂のことを「じと」といい、じとじとラーメンが売りです。
インパクトがあるけど人によっては抵抗感のある名前かもしれません。
味は王道の喜多方ラーメンで、醤油のしょっぱさがあります。
背脂が入ることにより、脂っこくはなりますがコクが増して奥行きのある味になってる気がします。そんなに臭みはありません。
また、背脂のおかげで最後まで熱々で食べれます。
ここでイチオシなのがチャーシューで口にいれるとトロっととろけていい塩加減です。しかも普通のラーメンで3枚も入ってます。
チャーシュー麺にしておけばよかったと後悔しました。
柔らかいチャーシュー好きの方は迷わすチャーシュー麺をおすすめします。
店内はカウンターとテーブル両方あり、オシャレな内装です。
目の前の駐車場は少ないですが少し離れたところにもあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に食べに行きました。喜多方ラーメンは好きなラーメン地域の一つです。麺はもっちり、スープは出汁のきいた醤油ベースであっさり。私の大好きなラーメンです。ただ、残念なのはフーフーしなくても飲める!?口の中がやけどしないまま完食できる！ってことでしょうか?
スープの量も多くなく、あっという間に飲み干せました。
