The owner Isao-san prepares Wagyu Beef locally sourced from Yamagata prefecture and though he looks intimidating, he’s hilarious and always up for a laugh - that is when he’s not meticulously grilling beef. (He also looks like his idol Dwayne the Rock Johnson).
