フルタイムパートで6年と3カ月勤めていました。試用期間3カ月時給750円、クリア後は850円のハズでしたが、管理者がいい加減で試用期間クリアしたにもかかわらずそれから2年も750円の時給でした。問い合わせても契約内だと言われ聞く耳もたず、それから3年目ぐらいで契約社員の話がでましたがいつの間にか無かった事にされた始末。残業は100％出ますが社員は人件費高い理由で残業が出来ないなどの事でパートである自分に全て降りかかる。おかけで残業100時間超も数回経験。それから頑張ったが結局一度も社員昇格の話はなし。時給も変わらず。ボーナスも何故か2014年頃に廃止。更に多忙期除き社員は基本週ニ休みに対しフルタイム務められるパートは年半数は週一しか休めません。パートに泣かせの食品会社です。

After that, I did my best, but in the end there was no talk of employee promotion. The hourly wage remains the same. The bonus was abolished around 2014 for some reason. Furthermore, except during the busy season, employees can only take one week off for half a year for part-time employees who work full-time for two basic weekly holidays. It is a food company that makes part-timers cry.
