★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コースをいただきました。どのお料理も丁寧に作ってあり、彩り、香り、味ともにお皿ごとに変化に富んでいて、一皿ずつじっくりと味あわせていただきました。和ビストロということで、最初は、どんなお店なのか、イメージができませんでしたが、天ぷら、お造りなど、日本食をベースにしたお料理で、気軽に楽しめました。
I got a course. All the dishes are carefully prepared, and each dish has a wide variety of colors, aromas, and tastes, and each dish is carefully tasted. At first, I couldn't imagine what kind of restaurant it was because it was a Japanese bistro, but I enjoyed it casually with dishes based on Japanese food such as tempura and sashimi.

I asked for it in the course, but they are all delicious. The soup stock with Rausu kelp was good. thank you for the food!
