I have received many treatments there and have developed good relationships with the nurses and doctors. Unfortunately no one there speaks English which can be troublesome for foreigners who don’t speak Japanese. Treatments are reasonably priced, however everything is definitely on the weaker side.. which has become a frustrating problem. Additionally, on my last visit, I found a loose syringe needle laying on the floor of the treatment room. I told the nurses and they were quick to pick it up and we all sort of laughed it off, however as they make you take your shoes off before a treatment, this could’ve been a HUGE problem if a customer stood on it.
