★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was asked by a staff member to remove my nose ring before an activity and place it in the same place all other customers touch to put their belongings. And they claim to care about "corona prevention". Unsanitary, unbelievable, and useless.

I can image it’s unbearable on the weekends though.
Had a great time, though the staff could have been a little more friendly. For a place that is all about fun, most of them seemed rather unhappy to be there.
