R	Ryoma Sakamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数台外車を乗っていて、ボルボを初めて試したが、あまりの乗り心地と内装のクオリティにたった納車初日一日で満足し、今後も買い替えもボルボでずっと付き合うことになるかもしれないと思ってしまうほどの衝撃を受けた。ところが、初日に不具合が2つ同時にでてしまい、仕方なく予め連絡した上で入庫しようとしたが、見積もりにすら5000円かかると、レッカーしてから言われた。経営の方針だし、少なからず事務作業等は必ず発生する。日本のサービスが良すぎるだけというのも理解してるが、もちろんそれにかかるのは仕方ないが、それを知らずにレッカーまで手配してしまってからだからまさかでした。それ自体は仕方ないが、その後はかなり態度が急変し、こっちは受け取れないからあとは勝手にやれとまで言われてもう、やるせなさ過ぎて、ボルボ自体が嫌いになりそうだったが、ボルボカーズ松戸に問い合わせたところ快く無料で見てくれると言ってくれた。どうやら運営会社が違うそうです。みなさん、ぜひとも今後の対応も考えたらボルボカー柏の葉やボルボカーズ松戸さんを推します。 I was riding a few foreign cars and tried Volvo for the first time, but I was satisfied with just one day on the first day of delivery with too much riding comfort and interior quality, and I think that I may be going to continue to buy replacements at Volvo all the time in the future I was shocked enough.
