担当セールスが良かったのでここで3台買いました。次はないかな。。。 2017.12追記。やっぱりここは辞めといたほうがいい。対応が酷すぎ。。

タイヤ交換と点検に行きました。静かな空間と心地よい空気感がとてもいい。

1台購入。担当営業マンは30そこそこの方だが、頼りなさが気になる。また時々上から目線の話し口調も結構気に触る。今まで多くのディーラー営業にお世話になってきたが、‥な印象。一方、整備担当はそこまで悪くない。ちなみにゴルフ初回車検は22万円でした。

お店は確かに綺麗ですが、車を買うときの対応とその後と対応に差がありすぎて呆れました。「購入時は付けた方が安心だ、いつでも解除と返金ができるから」と契約した延長保証を他社乗り換えのため解約の相談をしたが「情報がない、VWがやっている保証なのでNTPではすぐにわからない」などから始まり、折り返しの電話は当然なく、平日に直接訪問し、書類を渡し店を出る際は勿論見送りはなく。‥‥‥どうしてもこの店舗でVW車を買わないといけない事情がなければ多少遠くても他所に行かれた方がよいと思います。メカニックの方々は説明なども良かったので星二つにしております。

サービスのみの利用。サービスカウンターのおじ(い)ちゃんが全くサービス内容をわかってなくてコミュニケーションが大変。定期点検にさらによくわからない日常点検とやらをさらっと見積もりに入れて来て、何をやるのかを聞いてもしどろもどろ。問い詰めてもオイルの質とか見ますみたいな回答。オイル交換費用別に払ってるし、新品に変えるのに質を見る必要あるの? まぁそんなもんか。。

のべ3名のセールス担当どなたにも悲しい思いをさせられました。メンテナンス予約をし訪問すると担当不在で予約も入ってない。家から往復40kmの距離を出直してくれと断られました。謝罪は無し。車検前に新型トゥーランの試乗車が出たら商談したいと伝えていたところ、試乗車が出ていても一切連絡なく、結局車検期日で通しました。しばらくして「車検の前にポロはいかがですか?」と電話があり唖然。極めつけは愛車をぶつけられ、後日修理見積の連絡がありました。「置いておくと邪魔なので早く引き上げてほしい。」と言われました。廃車の予定は伝えていましたが、愛車がなくなり心を痛めてるところにとどめをさされました。フォルクスワーゲンの車は悪くなく、サービスやメカニックの方々は対応もよかったので残念です。同じように購入後に不快な思いをされる方が増えないことを願います。この店で購入に至った理由は、義母に何台も車を都合いただいき、長年信頼あるお付き合いをさせていただいてるNTP(トヨタ)のセールスの方からの紹介でした。とても誠実な方でNTPグループにはこの方のようにしっかりと頑張っている方が大勢いらっしゃいます。それ故にこの店舗のセールスレベルにがっかりさせられた次第です。

It's a shame that the Volkswagen car wasn't bad and the service and mechanics were good at responding. Similarly, I hope that the number of people who feel uncomfortable after purchasing will not increase. The reason why I bought it at this store was an introduction from a sales person of NTP (Toyota) who has had a reliable relationship with my mother-in-law for many years. There are many very sincere people in the NTP group who are doing their best like this one. Therefore, I was disappointed with the sales level of this store.

先日、vw正規ディーラーにPOLOを見に行ってきました。 店内に入ると受付の2人は暇そうに座っていたが無視。 目が合っても目をそらし挨拶もしない。 営業担当の人の対応も微妙。 何の説明もありませんし、こっちから質問しても一言しか喋らない。 もう自分には売る気ないんだなぁという態度。 最悪の営業所だと思っています。

53歳男性。ポロの見積りをもらうつもりで訪問しました。 口コミに散見されているような(悪いイメージの)セールスの対応は一切無く 厚待遇で気配りが感じられる対応をしてもらい感激しています。 これから車選びに入りますがポロを購入するならここで決めたいと思いました。
