C	C G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lot of trouble trying to find a salon in Japan with hair dye that actually worked on my hair, but Voice Co uses imported dye so it works perfectly, and lasts much longer than Japanese colours. The staff are all really friendly, and they have English speaking staff as well!

Though I could speak very little Japanese, they were able to understand exactly what I wanted and my haircut is one of the best I have received! 10/10 for sure

The area and space in general was super clean too. If you don’t fully speak Japanese or are not comfortable speaking Japanese, they do have staff members that speak English. I’m really happy how my hair turned out and would come back.

Staff were very attentive to my needs. Welcome drinks were even served. I availed of haircut, color, treatment, and hair spa services. My stylist, Kasumi-san, did a wonderful job with my hair. She listened to my concerns and gave concrete recommendations based on what I wanted. She made sure that I my hair and scalp got the proper treatment. Kasumi-san speaks English very well, too. So I would highly recommend her if you are having problem speaking Japanese. The other staff are very accommodating, too, and most of them understand English to a certain level. 5 star experience.

Every one was very kind and attentive, they asked about my hair history and what I wanted out of my cut, plus how I took care of my hair at home so they could give me tips on how to maximize my cut in the future. Also, the head massage during the shampoo process was fantastic.

I love how it came out! I have very thick, long, and stubborn hair. Usually many stylists in Japan have a hard time with how thick and coarse my hair is, but Kasumi did a great job - she was patient, gentle and effective with her treatment. She also gave a great scalp massage while shampooing. Oh, and her English was great! That was a huge plus for me as my Japanese is very minimal as I am a foreigner in Japan. :) The salon was clean, had a nice ambience and energy. And the staff were all very prompt and kind. 100% recommend going here and I will definitely go back. Thank you Kasumi and Voice Co.!

I felt welcomed since just entered to the store! Done treatment and my hair looked so glossy and soft after it. Also, got my haircut done by Eriko-san, she did exactly as I wanted. It was one of the best haircuts that I've get it. I'm truly thankful with Voice Co. Definetely hoping to go back again!
