10年近く前、開業して間もない頃、毎週のように通いつめていました。
お気に入りのメニューがある程度決まっているので、全ての料理を食べたわけではないのですが、このお店はどの料理を注文しても間違いはありません。
メニューの開発に一切手抜きがないからです。
食べていただければ分かりますが、ピザやパスタに限らず、どの料理も本当に美味しいです。
ランチタイムの前菜は、そのコスパの高さに、余計にお代を払いたいと思うほどでした。
一品一品に店主やスタッフの情熱とアイデアが込められています。
これから先、人生であと何度このお店で食事ができるか分かりませんが、一度一度の食事を大切にしていきたいと思います。
どんなに家が離れても、応援しています。

Nearly 10 years ago, when it was just opened, I used to go there almost every week.
I haven't eaten all the dishes because my favorite menu is decided to some extent, but there is no mistake in ordering any dish at this restaurant.
This is because there is no omission in the development of the menu.
As you can see if you eat it, all dishes are really delicious, not just pizza and pasta.
For lunchtime appetizers, I wanted to pay extra for the height of the cospa.
The passion and ideas of the shop owner and staff are put into each item.
I don't know how many times I can eat at this restaurant in my life, but I would like to cherish one meal at a time.
I support you no matter how far you are from home.

カウンター席で、調理の様子を見ていると、メニューでは気がつかなかったようなメニューを見つけたりします。
ティラミスも、こんな風に素敵なフォークと共に(^^)/ ワタシには向きが逆でしたが(^_^;

ピザはクリスピーです。
テイクアウトもやっていますが、お店でいただくのが格別。自家製ドレッシング、サングリア売って欲しいくらい美味しいです。

ランチメニューはパスタとピザがあり、今回は本日のスペシャル「パスタアッラノルマ」を注文?
こちらのパスタはシチリアのカターニアで生まれた、シチリアの代表料理とのこと?
揚げナスとトマトソース、そして上からこれでもか！とかけられたリコッタサラータ？チーズ
このチーズはリコッタチーズを熟成しており、心地いい塩味がありただ良い意味でパスタソースを邪魔しない癖のないチーズでした?
本日は平日なのでアルコールはあれでしたが..
メニューをご覧頂きたいですが、前菜盛り合わせやグラスビールなどとてもリーズナブル??♂️
お休みの日はワインを傾け、前菜盛り合わせや生ハムをゆっくり味わう昼飲みなんかも良いですね!!
ディナーも気軽に通えるカジュアルなイタリアンという雰囲気で居心地の良いお店様でした！
