★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店には人にも環境にも優しい洗濯洗剤を置いているのに、店員が市販の合成洗剤や柔軟剤を使っていてとても臭いです。お店に問い合わせましたが、（従業員の使うものを変えるのは）無理なのでお店で買わないでと断られました。オーガニックやアレルギー対応の品揃えは豊富ですが、全ての商品にマイクロカプセルが付着しています。香害を知ってほしいです。
 Even though the store has laundry detergent that is friendly to both people and the environment, the store clerk uses commercially available synthetic detergents and fabric softeners, and it smells very bad. I contacted the store, but refused to buy it at the store because it was impossible (to change what employees use).
