★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テナントのお店は問題なし❗️ですが、入場???から、駐車場の案内、各店舗への案内など、大きなバカデカイ案内板は有るが、風景、建物の景観も有りますが、もう少し工夫されてはどうでしょうか⁉️⁉️慣れた人は大丈夫でしょうが、初めての人は、案内チラシもどこに有るか不明なので、各店舗毎に、フロアマップ等の設置が有れば良いと思われます。
いくつかのクチコミも有りますが、歩道の整備❕バリアフリー♿️の方への配慮❕もう少し工夫願います。
インター近くの便利な所、広大な土地なので、もっと良い施設にしてもらいたいので、星?２個と初めて付けました

It's a convenient place near the interchange, and it's a vast land, so I wanted it to be a better facility, so I gave it two stars for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊勢神宮参った後に訪れました。
高速直結で行けるのは良いですね！帰りは一般道に降りてからまた高速にのせられるのは微妙ですが。なぜスマートICで復帰させなかった…
駐車場はど田舎にあるのに料金がかかります。もちろん敷地内で買い物すれば時間割があります。青空エスカレーターなどの維持費がかかりそうなんでしょうがないですね。
さて施設の内容は、オシャレな木造とコンクリート建築の建物が広大な敷地に点在しており散歩がてら色々見て回れる楽しみがあります。季節が良い時は最高です、が、恐らく炎天下の夏場、真冬の極寒時、梅雨時見て回るのが億劫になるでしょうね。一応場内を回っているバスはありますがレスポンスは悪くなります。各々のお店はカフェや食事どころパン屋チョコレート専門店アウトドアショップとあり見に行くだけでも価値はあります。
マイナス面もありますが、自然の中にあるので気持ちは良いですね。集客力が落ちないように頑張って下さい。

It's nice to be able to go directly at high speed! On the way back, it is delicate that you can get on the highway again after getting off the general road. Why didn't I restore it with a smart IC ...
The parking lot is in the countryside, but there is a charge. Of course, if you shop on the premises, there is a timetable. It seems unlikely that maintenance costs such as blue sky escalator will be required.
As for the contents of the facility, fashionable wooden and concrete buildings are scattered on the vast site, and you can enjoy various things while taking a walk. It's great when the seasons are good, but it's probably a hassle to look around in the hot summer months, in the cold of midwinter, and in the rainy season. There are buses that go around the venue, but the response is poor. Each shop has a cafe, a bakery, a chocolate specialty store, and an outdoor shop, so it's worth visiting.
There are some downsides, but it feels good because it's in nature. Please do your best not to lose your ability to attract customers.

色んな意味で視察をつしなければいけない場所でした。
まず率直な星の評価まさに、いま時点（20220409）でなされている3.5です。
4をつけるには至らないが、3もちょっと低すぎる3.5がちょうどです。
ただ、やはり4以上が高評価というワタシ的な考え方からすると少しもの足りなかったです。
まずよくこの場所にこれだけのものを作ったなということは率直にすごいなと思いました。
そして、天気のいい小春日和にはとても散歩をする場所としていい場所だと思いました。
これらが良い点
ここからは気になった点
まず諸々の案内が足りていない。もっと利用者（特に始めてくる人）に対する思いやりを持ったナビゲーションがほしい。
駐車場の案内、駐車場のシステム、施設の区割りやコンセプトを大々的に伝える看板などがもっとほしい。
営業開始時間がバラバラで、週末の朝いちいったのですがあまりお店が開いていなかったので小一時間半ぐらいで全体を周り帰りました。
お店自体に特別魅力のあるお店がワタシ的にはあまりありませんでした。
地元のお味噌屋さんなど伝統的なお店が多くそれはそれでコンセプトとしていいかなと思いますが、せっかくあれだけの広大な敷地があったなら、そうではないメジャーなジャンルのお店もあっても良かったのでは？？？と思いました。
場所も場所ですので、次に行く理由は何かな？？？と今考えています。
