ビレッジハウス磯山　入居者は日本人５０％、外人５０％（南米系多数）です。２０２０年3月イノベーション済で入居しましたが風呂場は汚かったし換気扇は油が固まって回らなかったしで呆れ返ったのを覚えてます。　あと生活の音以外の騒音（改造車、改造バイクなどの排気音、カーコンポの音、深夜の談笑、痴話喧嘩、ドアの開け閉め等）の入居者のモラルが日本人、外人問わず最低です。その上車検切れの車が駐車スペースの外に３ヶ月ほど放置されてますが管理会社は知ってて何もしない始末、管理会社のモラルや対応も問われます。（何と駐車スペース内にも車検切れの車が2台止められてます）　神経質な方、綺麗好きな方は入居を見送った方が宜しいかと思います。私も今現在非常に後悔してますし引っ越しも検討中です。　良いご判断を！

In addition, the car that has been inspected has been left outside the parking space for about 3 months, but the management company knows and does nothing, and the management company's morals and response are also questioned. (Two cars that have not been inspected are parked in the parking space.) For nervous people and those who like cleanliness, it would be better to forgo moving in. I am very regretful now and am considering moving. Make a good decision!
