C	Chii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大人2名、小学生1名、双子の赤ちゃんで露天風呂付きのヴィラに宿泊。20万円ほどでした。他の方々もおっしゃっていますが、決してサービスが悪いわけではないのですが（清掃もきちんとされている）食事、一般の接客スタッフ、部屋のグレード、温泉掛け流しでないなど…と考えますととても割高に感じます。大人1名2万円台といったところが妥当ではないでしょうか。大浴場まで遠かったり、使われていないお風呂が埋め立ててあったりお湯が張っていなかったり…そう言うのを見るとちょっと残念。冷蔵庫の中のフリードリンク充実、部屋のアメニティにTHANN、ロクシタンのボックス、GODIVA、ネスプレッソ、ReFaなどがあったり価格帯を上げるための努力は感じられました。お部屋の広さには満足。空調ですごく乾燥したので、加湿器があればよかったです。夕食時には個室で、双子の赤ちゃん用に手動のハイローチェアがありましたのでゆっくりと過ごせました。子ども用の食事も、きちんと作られている（大人の食事に準じた）ので好印象です。施設も古く、なかなかこの土地でこの値段をとって…というのは厳しいな。この価格ではリピは無いかな。とは思います。 Two adults, one elementary school student, and twin babies stayed in a villa with an open-air bath. It was about 200,000 yen. As other people have said, the service is not bad at all (cleaning is done properly). It feels very expensive when you think about meals, general customer service staff, room grades, hot springs, etc. Isn't it appropriate for an adult to be in the 20,000 yen range? It's a little disappointing to see that it's far from the large communal bath, the unused bath is reclaimed, and the hot water isn't filled. There were plenty of free drinks in the refrigerator, room amenities such as THANN, L'Occitane box, GODIVA, Nespresso, ReFa, etc., and I felt the effort to raise the price range. Satisfied with the size of the room. It was very dry with air conditioning, so I wish I had a humidifier. At dinner, I was in a private room, and there was a manual high-low chair for twin babies, so I could spend a relaxing time. The meals for children are also well-prepared (similar to the meals for adults), which is a good impression. The facilities are old, and it's difficult to get this price on this land. The hotel restaurant provides delicious japanese dining with excellent service. Staffs are very nice and helpful, some staff can speak good English and Mandarin. Recommend to everyone who loves relaxing tour.

The hotel has all the amenities a family needed. Very good value for the price. The location of the hotel is very convenient to arrive. Transportation was offered to areas of interest.

You can charge your dinner and other purchases to your room to pay at the end. They do not have the chartered bath outside anymore like their website says, however, which was a little disappointing. They also said that the room is priced per head, rather than the whole room. So the price we were quoted on a third-party travel site was incorrect.

Views were lovely, but amenities are really basic, like literally the same stuff you find at a $95 a night onsen. The shower keeps stopping after 20 sec, and you have to keep pushing the button to run the water. And you have to keep calling the front desk a million times to adjust the temperature. They don’t let you adjust it yourself from the room. Ridiculous. Food was pretty so so. Nothing to write home about. I expect a lot more for $700 a night!
