When I told the clerk who first responded to me the size I wanted, I was treated ill-mannered, saying, "I don't have a pair of shoes of that size." I thought it was true, and when I called out to another clerk, I was able to find it and buy shoes of the desired size. It's a good store with a large selection of items, but the quality of the staff is very good.
