プレゼント用に７千円 の品物を買いました。
７千円 ×0.08=7560で１万円出してお釣りが千４百円とベリテでお釣りをごまかして、釣り銭の分会社の利益にするとか！
これに対して湘南ステーションラスカ茅ヶ崎店の営業部の回答は、再発防止に定員の人数を増やします。でも、実際定員は8人いて間違えてるのに何を考えてるのかわからない！

リフォームしたが、詳細の明細もなく、メーカーの男の人がなにやらこちらに見せないように電卓を弾き、女性店員が金額を確認したのか、相槌をうち、電卓で金額を提示してきた。普通なら、ネックレスがいくら、枠がいくら、加工手数料がいくらと明らかに伝えるべきではないのか。ただ金額だけの提示だった。
そして、出来上がってきたと思ったら、プラチナのネックレスなのに、所々黒ずんでいた。
なぜ？これもまたふつうなら、客に渡す前に自分達で確認しないのか？凄く疑問に思った。
結局、他にも枠も欲しかったものと違うものだったりと…思い通りの品物ではなかった。
後悔先に立たずだが、信用できるお店を選ぶべきだった
