村	村上淳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベローチェの日比谷通り沿いのお店各駅から少し離れているので平日はともかく土曜は空いていて居心地良く、また空いているお店も少ないのでありがたいです。 11時まではモーニングセット、11時からはランチセットでお得に食べられてしかも店内調理のサンド類はとても美味しくお得感あります。店内も他の安いコーヒーショップ系よりはゆったりしていて居心地が良いです。スタッフさんも気遣いが良いので平日は混むのだろうなあ。(土曜日しか行ったことないです) Shops along Hibiya-dori in Veloce It's a little far from each station, so it's vacant on Saturdays, aside from weekdays, and it's comfortable, and I'm grateful that there aren't many shops vacant. 遠	遠藤広正 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全部ではないけど、この西新橋店では１人掛けカウンター席のみスマホ・ノートPC充電用のコンセントが設置されていました。個人的には、モーニングのCセット（店内税込440円）がお気に入り♪ カフェ・ベローチェは公益財団法人日本生産性本部が2009年より実施している日本版CSI（顧客満足度指数）で、2010年度、2011年度、2013年度において顧客満足度1位を獲得しています。商品が単に高品質なだけでなく、忙しい朝でもテキパキ捌くスタッフの働きぶりと、「低価格の割には（期待に反して）」素晴らしい接客が評価されているのでしょう。一例を挙げれば、モーニング時間帯に客が間違って昼メニューをオーダーした際にも、、、はい。・・・恐れ入ります、○○は１１時以降のメニューとなりますので、ただ今のお時間は▲▲をお勧めしております。すぐにご用意できますのでよろしければいかがでしょうか？っと、客の間違いを頭ごなしに否定するのではなく、先ずは「はい・・・」と受け入れ、数秒の「間」を置いてから「実は・・・」と切り返していますね。もちろん、その日の担当スタッフによって「当たりハズレ」は多少ありますが、ＶＩＰ客対応するコールセンターのベテランオペレーターに匹敵する高等な接客テクニックには本当にビックリ！アルバイトや派遣で、この「神対応」ならば、もはや高給取りでただ威張り散らすだけの糞馬鹿な正社員は、これからの時代バッタバッタ首を斬られちゃうでしょうね（笑） Although not all, at this Nishi-Shimbashi store, outlets for charging smartphones and notebook PCs were installed only at the counter seats for one person.
