★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主にカットをしてもらっています。丁寧にカットしてくれるので、良い感じでした。このため、それまでは星４つの評価でしたが、この半年で急降下しました。担当が理由もなく当日変わってしまったのです。忙しいのだろうと思ったので、次は、いつもの担当の人が電話口にでて、その担当の方でお願いしますと伝えたえました。そして当日伺ったところ、その担当者は別の人の対応をしており、私は別の担当者となりました。約束が２度も破られました。正直ショックを受けています。美容院では髪をカットしてスッキリした気分で帰りたいと思っていたのですが、そのショックが後を引いてしまい残念な気分になりました。
ただ、実際に対応いただいた別の担当の方は丁寧にご対応いただいたので、星を２つ落とすところにとどめています。何があったのかはわかりませんが、プロとして約束は守って欲しいところです。

And when I visited on the day, the person in charge was dealing with another person, and I became another person in charge. The promise was broken twice. To be honest, I'm shocked. At the hairdresser, I wanted to cut my hair and go home with a refreshing feeling, but the shock was behind me and I felt disappointed.
However, the other person in charge who actually responded politely responded, so I'm only dropping two stars. I don't know what happened, but as a professional I want you to keep your promise.
