昔は大変お世話になりました。
今は地元から離れ、長岡市に住んでいますが度々実家へ戻ると「小宮山さんのメンチカツ食べたい！」といい、母が買って来てくれたりしました。唐揚げもおいしいですが、僕はやはり色々思い出深いメンチカツが一番好きでした。
小学生の頃の職場体験では、昔メンチカツを作る時に型にはめて作っていたので聞いたことがあります。そうすると、「これは買ってくれるお客さんの子供達が大きさとかで奪い合いにならないようにするためさ。」と仰っていたのを今も覚えています。
地域の小さな精肉店ですが小さな頃から大変お世話になりました。いつまでも続けて欲しいのでお体に気をつけてお仕事続けて頂ければ幸いです。

In my work experience when I was in elementary school, I've heard that when I used to make Menchi-katsu, I used to make it in a mold. Then, I still remember saying, "This is to prevent the children of the customers who buy it from competing for size."
It's a small butcher shop in the area, but I've been indebted to it since I was little. I want you to continue working forever, so please take care of yourself and continue working.
