フェンス仕切り部で導線少し長い、トイレ個室が少ない。
 Parking is free in the city, and there are so many that it's very nice.
The conductor is slightly longer at the fence partition, and there are few toilet private rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 城址公園に行くのに停められます。あくまで市役所の駐車場ですので警備員さんもいますから逆に安心できるかも。トイレもあって助かります。
Parked to go to Castle Ruins Park. Because it is a parking lot of the city hall, there are security guards, so it may be safe. There is restroom and is saved.

バリアフリーのトイレもあり、なんと言っても〝無料〟(施設利用者)なので、かなり便利な駐車スポットです(*^^*)
It is established on the east side of the Utsunomiya City Hall, between the Citadel Park.
There are restrooms for the disabled, and it is a very convenient parking spot (* ^^ *) because it is free of charge (facility users).

混雑時には市役所側からしか入れなくなります。
同様に22:00迄ですが、21:00過ぎると城址公園側はクローズして市役所側からしか出られなくなります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの駐車場は無料でありがたいです。昼前到着でも春の時期なので20分程度待ちました。入り口にゲートがあり、とくに判子等は不要ですが券を取る必要があります。
I am grateful that this parking lot is free of charge. Even if I arrived before noon, it was spring time, so I waited for about 20 minutes. There is a gate at the entrance, and you don't need a stamp, but you need to get a ticket.
