マンション購入後は全く連絡つかない。

精算書も敷金返還の連絡もなく、メール、HPからの問合せ、電話にも応答がありません。
賃貸契約書に載っている電話番号にかけても、誰もとらないのです。
早く敷金を返して欲しいです…
このような管理会社は初めてなので、相談窓口や訴訟について調べているところです。
