運転も丁寧で、対応も親切です。
物腰も柔らかで安心して乗っていられます。
他社の運転手さんに高圧的な態度をされたのがトラウマでしたが、つばめタクシーに乗って運転手さんへのトラウマは消えました。
タクシーを利用するなら出来るだけつばめタクシーさんにしたいと思います。
The drivers of this Tsubame taxi are all really wonderful.
The driving is polite and the correspondence is kind.
The demeanor is soft and you can ride with confidence.
It was trauma that the drivers of other companies had a high-pressure attitude, but the trauma to the drivers disappeared in the Tsubame taxi.
If you use a taxi, I would like to use Tsubame Taxi as much as possible.

謝罪の言葉がない。
目的地が交番の近くだったにもかかわらず
場所が分からない。
しかし迎えの料金はしっかりと取られる。
今までは良かったのですが。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話予約の男性が最悪です。
予約時に高圧的な態度をとられたし、自宅からショッピングモールまでの行き帰りの予約をしましたが、違う店舗で予約をされ、帰りの迎えが来なかったです。
行きも予約ミスで違う方向に最初行ったため、タクシー代が帰りの3倍かかりました。
二度と電話予約をしないと決めました。
運転手さんはとても感じが良く、子連れで雨が降っていたため、降りる時に気遣っていただきました。
流しでは利用させともらおうと思います。

At the time of booking, I took a high-pressure attitude and made a reservation for going back and forth from my home to the shopping mall, but I made a reservation at a different store and did not receive a return pick-up.
The taxi fare was three times as much as the return because I went in a different direction first due to a reservation mistake.
I decided not to make a phone reservation again.
The driver felt very good and it was raining with my children, so I had them care when I got off.
I will use it in the sink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スーパーから出て行くつばめ交通の車両を見かけました。出口と入り口、相互通行であるにも関わらず、ど真ん中に停止し、ウィンカーも出さずに出て行きました。マナーが最悪です。
I saw a vehicle of Tsubame Transportation leaving the supermarket. Despite the mutual traffic between the exit and the entrance, I stopped in the middle and went out without a turn signal. Manners are the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間指定場所指定の別料金はかかったが早朝からの利用にも広島で唯一快く対応して下さったタクシー会社さんです。
オペレーターの方も運転手さんも凄く丁寧な対応で素晴らしかったです。料金高いのかなと思ってたら普通だったのでびっくり。
また広島を訪れることがあれば必ずつばめタクシーを利用したいと思います！
It was the only taxi company in Hiroshima that was willing to use it from early morning, although there was an extra charge for specifying the time and place.
Both the operator and the driver were very polite and wonderful. I was surprised because it was normal when I thought that the price was high.
If I ever visit Hiroshima again, I definitely want to take a Tsubame taxi!
