Y	Yu Hosoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京住まいですが、用事があり伺いました。窓口の方の丁寧な対応が印象的で、役所内は所員の方々の会話がかなり活発に行われていてエネルギーを感じました。活気があってとても良い雰囲気です。建物は若干南国?の雰囲気を感じる特徴的なつくり。エントランス前の円形のロータリーの作りが面白いです。徒歩よりも車でいらっしゃる市民が多い作りなのだと思います。茨城県民の車利用率の高さを感じました。 I live in Tokyo, but I have a business to ask. The polite response of the person at the counter was impressive, and the conversations among the staff members were quite lively in the office, and I felt the energy.
