これまで、大手のカー用品店でやってましたが、ナオイオートさんで、我が家の2台目の中古車で買った軽自動車のアフターサービスが良かったので、もう１台もお願いすることにしました。
価格も、品質も、時間も満足しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素晴らしい！いい店でした！こんなにいい店に他にない！まるでレクサスみたいな丁寧さで扱っている軽自動車もまるでドイツ車のような改造がされており、車検は通りません！凄すぎる！！！僕が見たアルトは車高短になっていてロールケージが入っており、エンジンルームにはタワーバーが入っていました！なんと総額1000万だそうです！高すぎて買えない！！！

ここの店舗の素材と思わしき生き物が服を着て接客しており、とても不愉快でした！！！
日本人がおらず、言葉が通じないことも多々あり、僕がコーヒーが苦いと言ったところニガーと勘違いされ、怒られました！
ところでニガーといえば貴社の社員と思われるYouTuberがなにかしていましたが、それは問題ないのでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エネオス でタイヤ交換、オイルとエレメント交換した際ブレーキパッドの残りが0mmと言われ急いで部品を購入して、閉店まで残りわずかだというのにワガママ聞いて交換してもらえる事になりました。
軽貨物の仕事をしていて1週間もたないと言われてたので本当に助かりました。今後もナオイオートを利用したいと思います。融通がきくお店は最高です。

自分で交換が必要かどうか見極められる人やお金に不自由している人は利用の仕方次第でとても安く上げることができます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約成立後、いついつまでに電話しますと言われたが連絡なし。翌日こちらから問い合わせると、状況は説明してくれたが謝罪はなし。納車後、リアバンパーの留め具がボルト1個でしか留まって無いことに気付き(他の留め具部分は空でリアバンパーがパカパカする)、クレームをいれるも「そんなはずはないです」と言われ、店まで見せに行くと整備士立ち会いのもと状況確認。電話では強気だったのに、立ち会いの時は歯切れが悪かったです。やっと純正品の留め具を取り寄せてつけ直してくれることを約束してくれました。その時、車体を持ち上げた時に底に擦り傷を発見。事故車なしとうたってますが、あやしいもんだと思いました。購入特典でドラレコやスタッドレスタイヤをつけれくれて良かったこともありましたが、いくらオイルや車検が安くてももう絶対利用しません。向こうから言ってきた日にちに連絡をよこさない、クレームをまずは受け止めることもしない、信頼出来ない担当者でした。
