そして、マスターは若いですが人あたりがちょうど良く、静かに時間を楽しむもよし、お茶の話を色々聴きながら楽しむもよしです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格的な日本茶のお店が若桜に昨年オープンしたということで、とんかつ新さんで食事をした後に伺いました。
いくつかメニューがありましたが、まずは店主さんおすすめの『おすすめ三煎』をオーダー。
一煎目は60℃、二煎目は70℃、三煎目は80℃と、茶葉の広がりと温度変化による味の違いを感じることができました。
私はやはり、旨味と香りを感じられる一煎目が好きです。
抹茶プリンは三層になっており、抹茶の濃い味を下の二層が和らげてくれており、なんとも美味。
アイス最中も下層のマスカルポーネクリームが良い仕事をしてくれてました。
とんかつ新さんからのURUWASHIさんコースが若さの定番になりそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 深蒸し茶を頼みましたが、深蒸し茶特有の深い緑色とまろやかな味わいももなく、黄緑色の渋くて苦いお茶を出されました。
値段も高めなので、ここで飲むくらいなら茶葉を購入して自分で淹れて飲みます。

少し騒いだのですが、店主さんは優しく受けとめて下さいました。（他のお客様がいなかったのもあると思いますが。）
薄茶を頂きました。とても美味しかったです。
