★ ★ ★ ★ ★ （じょうきんじ）遠州三十三観音第31番札所、創建1789年、曹洞宗。
「成金寺」という縁起の良い名前は、ここに葬られている戦国時代の武将、都築惣社衛門尉秀綱の法名が「霊松寺殿法玉成金大居士」であることからきているそうです。七観世音菩薩（聖観音・准胝観音・十一面観音・不空羂策観音・馬頭観音・如意輪観音・千手千眼観音）がずらりと並んでいる観音堂は圧巻です。また七観音堂の足元には、青岸渡寺・長谷寺・三井寺・清水寺・華厳寺などから加持した西国三十三観音霊場のお砂踏みもあります。馬込川より出現したと伝えられている一本造りの木像の観音様は、その年輪から木の芯の部分だけを使って造られていて、平安時代以前のものと推測されています。現本堂は昭和59年に新築され、天井には十二支が華やかに描かれて描かれているので、忘れずに見ておきたい。このお寺に由来のある美大出身の方が描いた天井画は、鮮やかな色彩と躍動感があり、ずっと見ていても飽きない。御朱印は本堂でいただけます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 単なる古い寺と思いきや。実は由緒ただしい寺であったらしい。お参りついでに境内に入ると、不動尊などが安置されていたりした。意外に興味深い。
