★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it isn't an ATM transaction, I'll try my hardest not to conduct business at this location. After arriving 4 minutes before the closing time, I was denied the opportunity to complete what would have been a 5 minutes (tops) transaction. Granted, I was waiting for about 2 minutes another customer to finish his transaction. To add insult to injury, the agent I dealt with was rather curt. I get that we all have places to be and things to do, but let's also understand we are employed to service customer needs (and not vice versa).
