★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4月21日にこちらの会社へ軒天修理をお願いするため電話をしました。電話対応では、修理できますとのことで 明日見積もりに来ます。と返事を貰い翌日エリアマネージャー課長O氏が見積もりにやってきました。見積もりは早い方がいいですかと聞かれ、そんなに急がなくてもいいと返事をしたのが間違いでした。2週間何も連絡がないのでO課長に見積もりまだですかと電話をしたら、明日でますと都合の良い返事が返ってきました。この時私は、O課長は胡散臭い人だなと内心思いました。見積もりの催促の電話をして今日で5日目 いまだに見積もりの連絡は無し。こんな非常識な人間がエリアマネージャーを務める会社には、仕事を依頼することはやめたほうが良いと思います。
On April 21st, I called this company to ask for eaves repair. I will come to the quote tomorrow because I can repair it by phone. The next day, Mr. O, the area manager, came to the quotation. I was asked if I should get a quote earlier, and it was a mistake to reply that I didn't have to hurry so much. I haven't heard from him for two weeks, so I called Chief O to ask if he had a quote yet, and tomorrow I got a convenient reply. At this time, I thought inwardly that Chief O was a person with a bad smell. It's the 5th day after calling for a quote. I haven't heard from you yet. I think it's best not to ask a company where such an insane person acts as an area manager.
