T	TAKUJI I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高田馬場は学生の街として有名。僕の思う学生の街は時代遅れかもしれないが、格安の飲食店や飲み屋がある。駅周辺の通りや路地を歩いて店を探すが、昼のせいか中々いい店が見つからない。早稲田通りを少し歩いていく。途切れず飲食店やスーパーなどが続く通りを歩いてゆくとこの店を見つけた。ネットで見ると評判が良い。ランチタイムで混んでいるかと思って店内を見ると、座れそうだ。入ってみよう。カウンター席に座る。ランチメニューが供されるが、一杯やりたいから、焼き物ができるか聞いてみると、できるというので、生ビールとやきとんを注文した。やきとんはハツとコブクロ。それぞれ2本づつ注文した。ゆっくり昼のビールを楽しむ。焼き物は時間がかかるから、スピードメニューでも注文しようかなと思ってると、焼きトンが焼きあがった。見た目にも旨そうな焼きトン。鮮度が良いからレアとは言わないが、カチカチに火が通っていないのがいい。ハツはもちろん絶品だが、おおぶりのコブクロも旨い。食感も良いし旨い。ビールからホッピーに切り替える。焼きトンをお代わりしよう。今度はタンと軟骨を１本づつ。先ほどのハツとコブクロはタレだったが、今回の２本は塩。美味しくて食感も良い焼きトンを一味をかけながら頂く。焼きトンにはビールよりホッピーという人もいるが、確かに良く合う。ホッピーはナカを２回お代わりした。美味しい焼きトンと酒を堪能して、しかもリーズナブル。高田馬場で満足な昼飲みが出来た。 Takadanobaba is famous as a student town. When I looked inside the store thinking that it was crowded at lunch time, I could sit down. Let's go in. Sit at the counter seat. A lunch menu is served, but I asked if I could make a pottery because I wanted to have a drink, so I ordered draft beer and yakiton. Yakiton is Hatsu and Kobukuro. I ordered 2 bottles each. Enjoy a beer at noon slowly. It takes time to cook, so when I was thinking of ordering from the speed menu, the grilled ton was baked. Yakiton that looks delicious. I don't call it rare because it's fresh, but it's good that the ticks aren't cooked. Of course, the hearts are excellent, but the yellowtail Kobukuro is also delicious. The texture is also good and delicious. Switch from beer to hoppy. Let's replace the grilled ton. This time, one tongue and one cartilage. The hearts and kobukuro I mentioned earlier were sauces, but this time the two are salt. Enjoy a delicious and textured grilled ton with a bite. Some people call yakiton more hoppy than beer, but it certainly goes well. Hoppy replaced Naka twice. Enjoy delicious grilled tons and sake, and it's reasonably priced. I was able to have a satisfying lunch at Takada Baba.

The pickles and miso are a nice snack to start with while your first round of meat skewers are grilling. The Tomato Caesar salad was surprisingly big. Two people could probably share one well, but it was just enough for me.
