今はネットである程度物件を把握する事は出来るので、逆に営業かけられる煩わしさは無く、私のような者にとっては、その方がありがたいですが…。
ただ、お部屋探しの経験の無い方や、土地勘の無い場所での部屋探しには、URのサービスセンターはむいていないと思われます。
しかし、住みたい場所(団地)が決まっている方ならば、内覧する際、案内の営業マンは同行しませんが、内覧用にスリッパ・付近の地図・メジャー等を用意してくれているので助かります。
