UR自体初めての訪問で、下調べはしたもののどういう管理体制なのか等ほぼわからない状態で行ったのですがいざ行ってみると会社についての前説明的なものもあまりされず他の不動産会社と違い下見も自分らで電話してついてきて貰えない形で訪問する等そこまでサービスは良くない感じに捉えました。
また、料金帯も世間的には安いとも言われてますが初期費用がややかかるのと条件も面倒くさそうな感じでした。
2021/10/17 I visited for the first time.
It was my first visit to UR itself, and although I did some preliminary research, I didn't really know what kind of management system it was, but when I went there, there wasn't much pre-explanatory information about the company, and unlike other real estate companies, it was a preview. However, I felt that the service was not so good, such as calling myself and visiting in a way that I could not get them to follow me.
Also, although it is said that the price range is cheap in the world, the initial cost is a little high and the conditions seem to be troublesome.
