スーパーや病院もたくさんあって便利です。
学校や児童館、そして介護施設もあるので幅広い年齢層の方が暮らしています。
管理もきちんとされているので、ゴミが落ちてないのが気持ちが良いです。
修繕工事も定期的にしているので、正直これだけの管理費でここまでしてくれるのか！と驚きです。
以前も別のURに住んでいましたが、こちらの住民の質はかなり良いです。
皆さん挨拶しますし（今のところ日本人は）、これまでトラブルは見たことありません。
お部屋によるのかもしれませんが、リフォームされているので古さを感じません。
かなり住み心地が良いです。
A place with a very good environment!
There are many supermarkets and hospitals, so it is convenient.
There are schools, children's halls, and long-term care facilities, so people of all ages live here.
It's well managed, so it feels good that no trash has fallen.
We also do repair work on a regular basis, so honestly, can you do this with just this amount of management costs? I am surprised.
I used to live in another UR, but the quality of the inhabitants here is quite good.
I greet everyone (Japanese so far) and I have never seen any trouble.
It may depend on the room, but it doesn't feel old because it has been renovated.
It's quite comfortable to live in.
