眼鏡かけたの若い女性の対応がヒドすぎる。 どうやっても契約させたい感丸出しでこっちの質問に簡単に「わかりません」と言う。 都合の悪いことは適当な対応。 すぐ契約出来ないから考えますと言うと明らかに不機嫌な対応。 仕事向いてないんじゃない? 前回対応して頂いた男性の方はすごく印象が良かっただけに残念

人によるけど、対応悪! 若い男の人!わからないから聞いてるのにバカにした言い方だった。最悪です。

画面表示の不具合等意味不明な注意する文面がメールを開けると出てくるので一応UQ スポットに相談しに土曜日の10時10分頃来店しました、まだお客がいないので手続きを聞いた処(番号札を持ち来店の要件を記入しお待ちくださいまと言われた)3人いる店員の方は共に窓口で携帯で話しているばかりでなかなか呼ばれず、待合テーブルで待つこと私一人で15分位いで又2人連れの方が来店し札を取り書いて他のテーブルに座った時にやつと携帯が話し終わったらしく私のテーブルにどの様なご用件でしようか?、とやつと来ていただき不具合も解決し、ほつとしましたが帰りになつても他の店員さんは携帯片手に窓口で話し中でお客はどんどん増えている始末早目の来店で良かったと思い後の方はどれだけかかるか思い巡らしながら逃げる様に店を後にしました。⁉️

こちらがある程度知識があるので問題なく契約出来たが必要な書類を用意しているにも関わらず無理かもしれないと言い出し、だからこの書類で足りるのでは?とこちらが説明したら「あ、大丈夫でした」みたいな対応でした。 基本的に店舗に行ってもこちらから声をかけない限り放置されます。 あと紙に書いて作成してもらったuqidが間違っていて後日別端末からログインするのがとても大変でした。 接客の品質は低い店舗です

予約時に希望日の日時指定予約が出来なかったので、事前登録だけ済ませて来店したところ、男性店員に「今日は予約がいっぱいで無理です。日時指定予約以外こちらは見てないんで。」と言われ、何のための事前登録なのですか?と聞いたところ、「さぁ?知らないです。」と言われました。腹が立ちましたが、どうしてもその日に切り替えたかったので、イオンモール千葉ニュータウン店まで出向き対応していただいた所、とても心地の良い対応で切り替えられました。まさに雲泥の差です。繁忙期で忙しいのは分かりますが、接客対応のやり方を一からやり直した方が宜しいかと思います。同じサービス業をしている者から言わせていただくと、あんな対応でよく接客出来るなと思いました。星1をつけるのも不快です。UQのカスタマーセンターに問い合わせても、上部だけの謝罪しかいただけなかったので、他の方が不快にならないよう、普段は書かない口コミを書かせていただきました。ご参考になれば幸いです。

Pretty bad experience with the counter staff. Due to APN settings my phone couldn't connect to internet. I bring my phone and ask to short out the issue but they replied my phone couldn't support. Finally I called customer care service for cancellations of sim. The staff ask the reson for cancellations. I told him the whole story. He helped me to fix APN settings and the phone perfectly working now. The counter staff in Aeon Narita store they did not now how to fix the problem , there's no experienced staff or manager came out to assist . Hope fully in near future the may learn how to help the customer.
