K	K T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤ交換でお世話になりました。キャンペーンで、ワクチン２回終わった人は、タイヤ交換工賃半額になるとのこと。予定より安い費用で収まったのでよかったです。しかし、早速交換した際に、ホイール４本全てに数ヵ所の傷が入ってしまいました。ホイールも以前このお店で購入したんですが、状態も良く、昨年、車と同時にガラスコーティングしていて、傷付けないように気を付けていただけに残念です。傷に対して出来る限りの対応をすると言われたのですが、お店のかたの謝罪の声がありませんでした。また、肝心の作業担当者からの謝罪の声もなく、この件の話をしているところに姿もありませんでした。あと、考えてみればこれまでは、作業後には車のところへ案内され、確認をしていたと思うのですが、今回はそういったこともなくそのまま支払いとなりました。お店を出る前に、そういえば見てないなあと思い、ホイール見たら傷に気付きました。他にも以前、脚まわりでもこのお店にお世話になりました。お店側の対応も良かったので、良いイメージを持っていただけに、今回、お店側の誠意を感じることが出来ず、非常に残念です。追録翌日、ディーラーで点検を受けた際にホイールの内側を見てもらったら、他にも数ヵ所の傷があったそうです。さらに、整備員から、ナットの緩みを指摘されました。全てのホイールを外す際、全般緩かったと言ってました。ホイールナットが緩いのは、さすがに怖いです…。作業後すぐの点検で良かったです。下手すれば、事故につながりますからね。と。言うことで、私も☆はつけたくないですね。 Thank you for changing the tires. 瀬	瀬武貴之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま近所に用事があり、アップガレージさんにはよくお世話になるので立ち寄ってみました。そろそろスタッドレスの交換を考えていたので相談してみたのですが、使用用途や車の使用頻度を加味して提案してくれました。車のことはほとんどわからないので、高いスタッドレスほど良いと思い込んでいたのですが、私の行動範囲ではブリジストンはオーバースペックだと教えて頂き、もう少し安価なもので全く問題ないとのこと。客の立場に立ってしっかりと提案してくれるところにプロの意識を感じました。タイヤ専門店とのことでしたが、数あるアップガレージの中でも相当レベルの高いお店だと感じました。残念ながら家から遠いので購入は別のお店になりそうですが、近所だったら確実に購入していたと思います。 I happened to have something to do in my neighborhood, and I was often taken care of by Mr. Up Garage, so I stopped by.
