小売りは休みも少なく低賃金だから、労働意欲を高く保つのは厳しいのでしょう・・・・と思いながらも、もう少し客側に寄り添って接客をしてほしいものです。

夏タイヤにはこれでも十分なのかなと思いますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 純正サス&ダンパーを買い取ってはくれましたが、、、買取金額を提示する際に1万キロちょっとしか走っていないものなのに「ダンパーが抜けているので、、、」といちゃもんをつけられました。純正品&不要なものだったので値段が安いのは理解しますがウソはヨクナイ。
品揃えに関してはタイヤ等は割とありますが、パーツ等が少なくあまり面白くないイメージ、、、

新潟店は元気が有ってとても気持ちが良い印象でした。勿論どこのスタッフも説明などは言う事ないのですが・・・新津店&新発田店はもっと元気を出したらもっと良いお店になると思いますあまり笑顔がないので暗い印象があります！頑張って下さい。これからも利用させて頂きます！

The Niigata store was very energetic and very pleasant. Of course, no staff member can explain anything, but ... I think the Niitsu and Shibata stores will be better if they get more energetic. I don't have a lot of smiles, so I have a dark impression! good luck. We will continue to use it!
