格好良く仕上がって大変満足してます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年に一度スタッドレス交換しに来てます
今回で2回目になります。
3年前の時も呆れましたが今回も呆れてしまい
もう行かないと見切りをつけたのでコメント致します。
今回どうしても急遽必要になり交換しに
予約して来店したのですが。
「ナットが外れない折れてしまう責任が取れない他の店で」と言われてしまい
は？と思いましたがまぁ仕方ないと思い
知り合いの整備士に頼んでみたら案の定外せました。
知り合いがこんなので外せない折れるって
アップガレージの整備士はどうなってるの？と
呆れていました。
そしてナットを緩めてもらい
再び来店したら今度は「エンジンがかからない」と
言われて理由はハンドルロックでした。
ハンドルロックの解除も知らないのでしょうか？
もう呆れてしまい預けるのがすごい不安でした。
悪いとこばかり書き込みましたが良いとこもあります。
タイヤの組み込みや調整はちゃんとしていました。
数年前までは接客も最悪でしたが(過去のコメ欄を見ればわかります)
それも良くなっていました。
タイヤも2021年11月に予約して
2021年40週で新しいです。
個人的な理由になりますが
今の時代は店よりは他のネットで買ったほうが安くて良いのかなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット経由でアルミホイールタイヤのセットを購入し、バランス取りと窒素充填を依頼しました。
北陸まで送付していただくため少し心配してましたが、梱包もきれいでタイヤも新しいものがついていたのですが、一つだけ大変残念なことがございました。
バランス取りをした際に前回のバラストを取り外したものと思われますが、両面テープが剥がされておらずそのままついておりました。
4輪全てですので意図的かと思われ非常に残念でした。
他所にもって行き剥がした後にバランスを取り直すハメになり重複工賃となったのが残念なところです。
それ以外は取引もスムーズでしたので感謝いたします。
