★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店して、呼び出しカードをもらってから呼ばれるまで３０分以上待たされ、その間特に店員からの声かけもなし。
サイズが合うタイヤを店頭で店員が無言で探してる間、吹きさらしの外にひたすら立たされ10分以上なんのケアも声かけもなく待たされたので非常に寒かったです。
その後結局在庫がないということで、中古スタッドレスを探しに行ったのになぜか新品タイヤの見積りを押し付けられました。
もう行きません。
 After coming to the store and receiving the call card, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes until I was called, and during that time there was no particular voice from the clerk.
While the clerk was silently searching for a tire of the right size at the store, I was standing outside the windswept and waited for more than 10 minutes without any care or voice, so it was very cold.
After that, I went looking for a used studless tire because it was out of stock, but for some reason I was forced to quote a new tire.
I won't go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So nice to finally go to a Up Garage, have wanted to go for several years now. And it was all I hoped for. This specific one was a bit small tho. But lots to look at, mostly wheels and tyres. But upstairs there is a good selection of things to look at! If you have the chance I would recommend a trip!
