★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 階段のリフォームの見積もりをとってもらったら、家を見に来てまた連絡しますと言われたきり連絡がきません。1ヶ月以上経ちます。問い合わせると折り返し連絡しますといってまた連絡がない。リフォームが難しいなら難しいとそう言ってもらえたら別の手をすぐ打てるのに、返答がないとか一番最悪だと感じました。星1つもつけたくないくらい。簡単な仕事だけ選んでいるのかなとそう感じています。
When I got a quote for the remodeling of the stairs, I was told to come to see the house and contact me again, but I couldn't get in touch. It's been over a month. When I make an inquiry, I will get back to you, but I will not be contacted again. If I was told that it would be difficult if the remodeling was difficult, I could take another move immediately, but I felt that there was no response or that it was the worst. I don't want to have a single star. I feel that I'm choosing only simple jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく担当の方がとても信頼できます。仕事も対応も早いです。アフターフォローもとてもよくしてくださいます。今回トイレのリフォームをしましたが排管の汚れがひどくとてもご迷惑をおかけしましたがすぐに飛んできてくださり対処してくださいました。これが他のリフォーム会社だったらと思うだけで怖くなりました。築年数も経ってきてこれからいろんなところに手を加えないといけないようになるのでその都度ご相談させていただきたいと思っています。数あるリフォーム会社からこちらを選んで本当によかったです!!!
