★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのお魚は新鮮で美味しいから。お刺身も盛り合わせで作ってくれるし、魚料理の仕方も教えてくれるので有り難いです。ここだけの話、自家製の塩辛は絶品。イカのワタが良いものじゃないと作らないのであまりお目に掛かりません。(ワタの旨味と塩だけで味付け)
The fish here are fresh and delicious. Thank you for making sashimi assorted and teaching you how to cook fish. Only here, homemade salted food is exquisite. If you don't make squid cotton, it won't be made unless it's good. (Seasoned only with cotton umami and salt)

I lived in various places in Tokyo, but Uozen is really a connoisseur. The price is also reasonable. You can eat the most delicious sashimi around here.

あさりとか貝類も丁寧に下処理してくれてるから美味しいです！
