そんな＂玉造＂でいつも人気満員のお店にやって来ました『うお家 猫八』さん♪( ´▽｀)
いつも前を通る度に満員・満席で活気があり気になっていました。
新鮮な食材に、斬新で美味しい料理、豊富な日本酒の名柄、リーズナブル、などが人気の理由みたいです(^^)
それではと、＂お造り盛り合わせ・天婦羅・だし巻き卵・サンマ塩焼・海ブドウ＂を注文。
人気の理由が分かります✨何よりもスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしい。皆さん笑顔が素敵です。
料理の説明も丁寧で、ここからはいられると美味しい料理が更に美味しくなります（笑）
お刺身とサンマの鮮度も良く、見た目も良い、天婦羅もサクサク、だし巻きの出汁も美味しく、これは人気店なのがよく分かります。
最後の会計にもびっくりΣ（・□・；）食べて呑んで、この価格は安い❗️

日本酒が豊富ですがあまり飲まないので
他のお酒も沢山置いてあって安心しました。
接客も丁寧でよく目が行き届いており
とても居心地良く過ごせました。
また行きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜に手打ちそば御膳をいただきました。お魚がないとのことで、お刺身に変更になったのですが、残念なことに鮮度がいまいち。お蕎麦もすごく美味しかったのに、つけ汁が残念。唐揚げやお豆腐は美味しかたけど、お値段も1500円と少し高い。

お刺身は鮮度というより工夫で旨さを引き出していました。もつ鍋、の〆の和蕎麦など、こだわりというより料理の良い意味での遊び心がありました。
その上で並べているお酒はしっかり吟味されており料理との組み合わせは抜群。
とくに瀬戸内レモンの酎ハイは初めての味(ネーミングはよくありますが)
美味しく楽しい時間帯を過ごせました

ゴマカンパチ…イメージよりアッサリしていました。ワサビが合います。
豊富な天ぷらメニュー…どれも美味しくて、日本酒にいってしまった原因です。
ピーマンの肉詰め…ギッシリ、ハンバーグのような満足度。
