岡	岡謙二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早速、翌日にモンテローザ本部より改善策の連絡があり、対応してもらえるとの事。モンテローザはリスクマネージメントがしっかりしている会社であったので、これからも、こちらの店舗を応援します。皆さんも応援(来店を)よろしくお願いします。店舗の雰囲気や従業員のサービス、料理の味は普通で良かったのですが、料理の提供時間が異常に遅い。時間がある方になら何の問題も無い普通のお店ですが、時間制限のある食べ飲み放題で来店した私にとっては、料理の提供時間が遅いと、料理が来ないので食べられない、食べられないと次の注文が出来なくて料理が食べられないという悪循環でラストオーダーになりました。昔の私なら途中で店を出ていましたが、従業員には何の罪も無いので、何も言わずに我慢しました。コロナで人手不足、人員削減かどうか知りませんが、店に一人しか客がいないのに、料理提供が出来ない店舗を運営している、飲食業のサービスとしては最低なモンテローザ本部に対して⭐一つを付けました。ちなみに、私の投稿はクレームではなくて、「料理が提供出来ない体制の店舗」は、食べ放題を止めてくれという私のお願いです。 Immediately, the next day, the Monte Rosa headquarters contacted us about improvement measures, and they said they would be able to respond.
