★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完成は昭和６０年、当時の北魚沼郡湯之谷村立井口小学校の体育館と食堂として稼働開始し、現在の湯之谷小学校に移転するまで使用された。移転後は食堂は稼働していないものの、体育館は体育活動や災害時の避難所に指定されて活動中。
 Completion started in 1985 as a gymnasium and cafeteria at Iguchi Elementary School in Yunoya Village, Kitauonuma District, and was used until it was relocated to the current Yunoya Elementary School. Although the cafeteria has not been in operation since the move, the gymnasium is still active as a shelter for physical education and disasters.
