★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥取市鹿野町「週末だけのまちみせ」に出張販売で来られていた「くるくるクルトシュ」さんが拠点にしているようです．
クルトシュというのは，ハンガリーのバウムクーヘンで，中世の槍みたいな円錐状の串に平麺状の生地を巻きつけて焼き上げたものです．
レシピは家族代々受け継いできたことを謳っています．
2018年9月16日に鹿野で食べたのは，クルトシュの中にチリをたっぷりと流し込んだもの(税込み700円)です．
生地はサクサク，チリは熱々で，なかなか新鮮な食感でした．

Kurtsh is Baumkuchen in Hungary, which is made by wrapping flat noodle-shaped dough around a conical skewer like a medieval spear and baking it.
The recipe claims to have been passed down from generation to generation.
What I ate in Kano on September 16, 2018 was a generous amount of chili poured into Kurtosh (700 yen including tax).
The dough was crispy, the chili was hot, and the texture was quite fresh.
